Warranties:

We guarantee all items we sell or repair for three years from date of your sales receipt unless otherwise stated in writing. We strive on perfection to create beautiful works of art and therefore guarantee their workmanship. As with any delicate artistic creations, care must be taken to ensure years of enjoyment. During the 30 day inspection period, when you first receive your item, you should have your item checked to make sure everything is in order. After that, we suggest that you have your pieces professionally cleaned and all the prongs rechecked by a local jeweler every 6 months to ensure their integrity from daily wear. However, because of daily wear, stones may become loose over time and become dislodged. In the unlikely event that this happens, the lifetime warranty will cover the labor to repair the merchandise created by Metamorphosis Jewelry. If a stone does fall out and you have the stone, we will repair the item free of charge, but you are responsible for the shipping fees to and from us. If a stone falls out and you completely lose it, you are responsible for the cost of the new stone to be replaced and the shipping fee to and from us. However, the labor services are free and covered by our three-year warranty. All warranties are voided if the item has been worked on (e.g., sized, repaired, setting adjustments, ring modifications, engraving) by another jeweler other than Metamorphosis Jewelry.

For any items with diamond(s) and/or colored gemstones over $1,500, customers should have these items appraised and then covered with a rider under their homeowner’s insurance policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your jewellery will be made with the utmost care and we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your jewellery, we will be happy to issue a full refund within 15 days of receipt or you may exchange for another item from our collection or a credit note within 30 days of receipt. The returned item must be in unworn, brand new condition and must be returned in original packaging with all original paperwork, certifications or appraisals. The security tag must be attached. An altered or removed security tag will void the possibility for a return. You will be required to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Simply email us within 7days of delivery for the RAN number. The return package must be postmarked on or before the 15 day return policy, from the date delivered, and you must provide the tracking number for shipment. Upon receipt and gemological inspection of returned item, you will be reimbursed. The returned item must be in unworn, brand new condition and shipped in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price if the returned item is not in unworn, brand new condition. We thank you for packaging the returned goods with care as we are not responsible for damages sustained during return shipping. No refunds will be issued on shipping costs and you are responsible for all return shipping costs including insurance.

Custom orders, resizing or engraved orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. Payment plans are non-refundable due to the fact that as you make your payments we make purchases towards fabricating your item that are non-refundable to us.

Products showing signs of wear, or those that have been altered, resized, damaged, and with out security tag cannot be returned.

Diamond Certificates
Diamonds will usually have an accompanying diamond grading report (also often referred to as a diamond certificate). These grading reports are lengthy, detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at one of many highly-respected diamond laboratories, making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned.
If you do not include both the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee.

We accept Paypal, and most major Credit Cards. Your item will be shipped promptly once payment is confirmed or cleared. If you live in Canada, an applicable provincial sales tax will be added.

Lay Away Plan:
We also willing to work out a payment plan with my customers. However, please be advised that these type of orders are non-refundable. Payment plan orders require 25% down to cover material costs and the remaining payments can be made to fit your time budget and schedule. Final Tax Policy

Taxes
Canadian orders:
All applicable taxes are charged when ordering from Metamorphosis Jewelry Workshop. In Canada, taxes are based on the province or territory in which you live. All provinces and territories are charged 5% GST, except for the following provinces: Ontario 13% HST, Nova Scotia 15% HST, New Brunswick 13% HST and Newfoundland 13% HST.

U.S. Orders:

For U.S. Orders, we will fill out a N.A.F.T.A. (North American Free Trade Agreement) form so that any item produced by Metamorphosis Jewelry Workshop In Canada will be exempt from federal duty charges and arrive duty-free.

Shipping

At Metamorphosis Jewelry, each piece of jewelry is carefully handmade, ensuring both its beauty and integrity and enabling us to offer our customers custom design changes to meet their every need. As a result, items not on hand at the time of order will ship approximately 3-6 weeks after receipt, with the exception of ready-to-ship items (please contact us for ready-to-ship item details: 1-877-844-8743).
